Seoul Bassoon Festival is open to everyone, and you can enjoy whole event of Festival if you make a registration.

Any other people who wants to play instruments, display/sale or any other events please contact us by email.

We have a special concert by students. We are looking forward for student’s attendance.

Applicants must be between 16(1st JAN 2004)and 30yeaes of age

Day Enter Pass (include evening concert) - ($150)/please bring ID card – Day Enter pass sells only in event hall.

Pay for participation in the Seoul International School and participation in the Seoul Bassoon Festival If you change your mind within 14 days and withdraw, we will return your 100% claim. If you leave your name on the e-mail (koreabassoon@gmail.com) or question board, we will take prompt action.

Seoul Bassoon Festival check-in is available at information center at BaekSeok Arts college.

Accompanists and any other players should register too.

Anyone who needs more information or help please visit information desk from 9 am to 6 pm.

Emergency medical station is at information center.

Seoul Bassoon Festival Pass which has member’s name on it is included in participant package.

Seoul Bassoon Festival Pass will be used as ID card that can join every event.

Please carry Seoul Bassoon Festival Pass when you enter concert hall.

Every playes and people who will display/sale (except day enter pass) will get participate ticket from Festival .

If accompanists or any other player needs participate ticket, please register Festival and request at information center.

Our official language is English. But important details will be provided by Japanese and Chinese too.

Seoul Bassoon Festival registration. competition registration, contest offer and submission must be written by English or Korean.

We have limited translator, and official events of conference will be conducted in English or Korean.

We are willing to help each others translation. We welcome help from voiunteers for translation of official events.

You need Passport with at least 6 months of Exp date, and please check about visa 3 months before visiting Korea.

Please ask Korean Embassy or Consulate for information of visa.

Host of Festival or BaekSeok Arts of Music hold no liability of any kind of loss, accident, injury.

We recommend participants and their companions to prepare own health and travel insurance.
